Shipping
We currently ship across the continental U.S. and select provinces in Canada (no P.O. boxes).
- USA: $25 shipping fee, free on orders over $150.
- Canada: $25 CAD shipping fee, free on orders over $200 CAD.
- Delivery Time: 1-8 business days, depending on location.
- California: Orders ship within 1-2 business days.
Returns & Cancellations
Unused luggage can be returned/exchanged within 15 days (return shipping at your expense).
At iFLY, we take pride in our customer-first warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship for our luggage and travel accessories. If you have a valid receipt or have completed the warranty activation form, you may be eligible for a claim. Our warranty includes coverage for certain cracks, breaks, and issues with wheels or handles, but it does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or airline mishandling.
Now, we’ve made our warranty even better with an optional extended warranty, available for purchase at registration. With added protection, you can travel stress-free, knowing that even if an airline damages your luggage, we’ve got you covered. Enjoy peace of mind and a truly hassle-free travel experience!
In the rare event that you need to file a claim; you will be asked to simply complete a claim form and provide proof of purchase. For approved claims, iFLY covers shipping fees within the continental U.S. and Canada, though replacements are subject to stock availability and are not eligible for refunds. We’re here to make your travel experience smoother and ensure you’re always covered when you need it most!
