Warranty Details
The policy below governs iFLY’s warranty and claims process. Its purpose is to help our customers and ensure the integrity of our warranty system. “We” refers to iFLY as a brand (“iFLY”), which includes iFLYSmart, X Series by iFLY, VACAY, and Sammy’s, as well as representatives of the brand.
This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions for which it is designed. It covers defects in materials and workmanship. However, it does not cover:

Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, scuffs, cracks, or stains)

Normal wear and tear

Damage to personal belongings

Damage caused by airlines, baggage handlers, or misuse, including damage to wheels, trolley systems, and handles
To file a claim, you must provide an original sales receipt from an authorized retailer. Claims are valid only for items purchased from authorized retailers in the U.S. or Canada. The warranty is non-transferable and does not include refunds or compensation for loss of use.
If your claim is approved, we’ll cover shipping within the continental U.S. or Canada. Replacements are subject to availability and may include parts or a full product.
Please note:
- iFLY reserves the right to make the final judgment on all claims.
- The warranty policy may change without notice.
If we determine that you have a valid claim, we will cover the shipping and handling costs of fulfilling your claim, provided you are a resident of the continental United States or Canada and have a non-P.O. Box shipping address. If your shipping address is outside these areas, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
We cannot guarantee an exact replacement of your item, as replacements are based on our current inventory availability. Warranty claims are not eligible for refunds.
Length of warranty coverage: Each product will indicate the length of its warranty coverage period on the accompanying hangtags or packaging. If the hangtags or packaging do not specify the warranty period, please refer to the table below.

Making a Claim
If your product is damaged, and you believe you have a valid claim, you must provide us with the relevant and necessary information surrounding your claim by completing a claim form and the steps specified therein or those communicated to you by a customer support representative.
To file a claim, please contact us through our contact form. One of our customer care specialists will contact you to proceed with the required steps to process your claim. Please note that proof of purchase (receipt) or a warranty registration is required to process a claim.
We do not tolerate, under any circumstances, verbal or physical abuse, threats or foul language of any kind, any instance of the foregoing will immediately result in the end of any applicable claims process.
