Must have an Instagram handle to enter. No purchase necessary for entry – a purchase does not increase the chances of winning. This iFLY giveaway (the "iFLY Sweepstakes") starts June 13th, 2018 (the "Start Date") and ends June 20th, 2018 (the "End Date"). One winner will be chosen at random and announced on  June 21st, 2018 (the "Giveaway Date"). 

1 Eligibility:The iFLY Sweepstakes are open only to those who (a) have a valid Instagram handle, (b) are 18 years of age as of the date of entry (c) have a shipping address in the continental U.S. or Canada (an "Eligible Entrant"). The iFLY Sweepstakes are void where prohibited by law. Employees of iFLY, their respective affiliates and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the iFLY Sweepstakes. The iFLY Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. To win the iFLY Sweepstakes, you must follow all the rules listed herein, including those listed in Section 4 (the "Rules"). 

• Agreement to Rules:By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept any decision of iFLY as final and binding.

• Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on the Start Date and ending on the End Date. All entries must be received by 11:59PM CT on the End Date).

• How to Enter:To enter the iFLY Sweepstakes and be eligible to win, an Eligible Entrant must do the following: (1) follow @iFLYluggage on Instagram and (2) tag at least one friend in the comments section of the related post. Once (1) and (2) are respected, an Eligible Entrant may tag additional friends up to a maximum of 100. Each additional tag below this maximum number will be counted as an additional entry. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of iFLY. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of iFLY.

• Prizes:The prize will be one or more pieces of iFLY luggage that retails between $50-$300 (the "Prize"). 

The specifics of the Prize shall be solely determined by iFLY. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at iFLY's sole discretion. The Prize is nontransferable. Any and all Prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of the Prize or transfer/assignment of the Prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by a winner is permitted. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for iFLY to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• Odds:The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

• Winner selection and notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries during the iFLY Sweepstakes period. By participating, Eligible Entrants agree to be bound by the Rules and the decisions of the coordinators, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram at the end of the drawing period. Prizes will only be awarded and delivered to the email addresses and/or via direct message on Instagram. Winner must permit iFLY to publicize them as a winner. iFLY shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible and/or fails to claim the prize within 4 days from the time award notification was sent, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner shall be selected by iFLY. 

The receipt by the winner of the Prize is conditional upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT iFLY's SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE iFLY SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.       

• Rights Granted by you:By entering this contest, you understand that iFLY, anyone acting on behalf of iFLY, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns, will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the iFLY Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation. 

• Terms:iFLY reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the iFLY Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the iFLY Sweepstakes. In such case, iFLY may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by iFLY. iFLY reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the iFLY Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.

iFLY has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.

Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the iFLY Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, iFLY reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Sweepstakes Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release, and hold harmless, iFLY and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the iFLY Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility any Internet service or the Twitter platform; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the iFLY Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error that may occur in the administration of the iFLY Sweepstakes or the processing of entries. iFLY may change the rules and times of the iFLY Sweepstakes at any time at its full and total discretion.

11 Disputes:THE iFLY SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF UNITED STATES AND CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in the iFLY Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties will be decided at iFLY's sole discretion, its decision being final and binding, and each entrant agrees it may not bring any claim to any court or arbitration panel. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
